We all have dreams while we sleep but sometimes we forget them. We all have dreams while we are awake but often forget them as the day to day grind grabs hold of us. The first step in dream recall is writing them down! Bringing your dreams into your awareness is important, whether they are your night time dreams or lifelong dreams. 
Take some time to write down what you want in life. A Doctorate? To live in Paris, France for awhile? Maybe to have a loving wife or husband and a small boxer puppy! Whatever the dreams are, big or small, get them into your awareness. You can make a list. I did this and physically taped it onto my desk in a previous office job in Columbus, Ohio. Look at your list of dreams a few times a week. You’ll be surprised that you may soon figure out how to work towards making these “dreams” a reality.
